Where is my head?

Well, after much confusion with UC Berkeley housing, my designated time was finalized and I moved into my dorm today...and left a few hours after (I'm not anti-social, Cal students, I swear). My roommates have every right to think I'm a political crazy. The initial plan when my designated day was Sunday was for my parents to go drop off my stuff at my dorm as I sat on a plane to Denver. Glad that got changed. My roommates probably would've thought I was even weirder, considering the fact that they'd find out my priorities in life through what I brought: too much Obama gear and not much else. Okay that's a lie. The "much else" was the contents of my room that I ended up shamelessly throwing into every other hole and crevice of the dorm. But even so, I was thinking on the way back that I didn't bring a sufficient amount of rally signs and buttons. Not hard to fix. I have an entire stash at home that resembles a campaign store. I justify bringing more stuff with the fact that it would be a total shame for the campaign materials to just sit there lonesomely on the coffee table in my room when I'm out Obama-ing at Berkeley. Obama-ing...I think a new verb is in dire need. Some synthesis of Obama and Biden. Obiden? Joebama? I'm bad with these. I will give whoever comes up with the best one a dollar.* Heck, find a way to convey how unstoppable this team is in 1-3 syllables, and I'll give you two dollars.** Wow...digressions galore.***

ANYWAY, I am leaving for Denver very early tomorrow. A nice alarm at 5am will be fabulous. But in all seriousness, it amazes me that by this time tomorrow, I will be at the political hotspot of the nation. Such an honor.

My apologies that my stream of consciousness comes out through this post. I'll try to get it together by tomorrow. Maybe there should be some rule that forbids me from blogging at 1am. Yes it is 1am...I'm not sure why blogspot claims it's 11:21.
